Jess T and HamishAbout Jessica T:

For those you who don’t know me, I am the Animal Enrichment and Behaviour Coordinator at PHS and I will be conducting these new training and behaviour services. I have worked in the animal care and animal rescue industry since 2016 after I graduated from University of Guelph with a B.Sc. in Zoology. I became a certified dog trainer through the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers in the spring of 2019 while working at Toronto Humane Society. I worked at Toronto Humane Society for a little over 6 years where I’ve seen a wide range of complex behaviour concerns as well as coached thousands of pet guardians through training classes and behaviour modification training plans. I am excited to bring my years of experience and knowledge to Peterborough and the pet guardians in this community.

If you have adopted your pet from PHS within the last 3 years, you are a staff or volunteer with PHS, or you are receiving government assistance, you may be eligible for a discount. If you fall into any of these categories, please email Jessica to receive a discount code.
