PAWesome Kids Camp
Looking for a summer full of animals, hands-on learning, and new friendships? Our week-long PAWesome Kids Camp gives children ages 7 to 10 a fun and interactive introduction to humane education.
Each day, campers spend time getting to know the animals in our care, work on animal-themed crafts, and take part in engaging activities designed just for them. It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids who love animals, and for the animals in our care who get to enjoy a little extra attention and connection.
Dates:
- Session A | FULL
- Session B | August 10-14
- Session C | August 24-28
Cost:
- $300 per week
PA Day Camps
No school? No problem! Our PA Day Camps give kids a chance to spend their day off learning about animals and having fun. Just like our summer program, campers meet the animals in our care, learn about humane education, and get creative with animal-themed crafts.

Birthday Parties
Are you, or do you know an animal lover that would love to party with some furry friends? Celebrate your next birthday with animals at the humane society!
We would love to host your special day in our Gord & Judy Adkins Humane Education Room. Animal interactions, tours, catering and more add-ons are available.

Tours
Interested in touring our Canadian-first, innovative Peterborough Animal Care Centre? We are happy to host tours for supporters, donors and groups who are interested in learning more about our Centre. We have hosted tours for children’s sports groups, corporate meetings and visitors from long-term care homes. If you are passionate about animal wellness we would love to host you!
Donations are always appreciated.
