The Peterborough Animal Care Centre Off-Leash Dog Park

Sponsored by Pet Supply Warehouse

Looking for a safe, fenced space where your dog can run, play, and make new friends in Peterborough? The Peterborough Animal Care Centre Off-Leash Dog Park, proudly sponsored by Pet Supply Warehouse, is open to the community during daylight hours, seven days a week.

You’ll find us at 1999 Technology Drive, Peterborough, right beside the shelter, with free parking available on-site. There’s no fee to use the park, though donations to the shelter are always appreciated and go directly toward caring for the animals inside.

Before You Visit

A few things to know before your first trip. Dogs must be at least 4 months old, fully vaccinated, and wearing a valid dog licence tag. Please bring waste bags (we supply some at the park too) and keep your dog leashed when entering and exiting.

From time to time, our staff may ask visitors to vacate the park for a short period so we can facilitate a meet and greet for one of our shelter dogs. These introductions are an important step in helping our animals find their new families, and we appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens.

Your cooperation is required for the safety of everyone.

Users of the Off-Leash Dog Park do so at their own risk. Dog handlers are legally responsible for the safety, conduct, and any injuries or damage caused by the dog(s) under their care while in the Off-Leash Dog Park.
