While the shelter remains closed to the public, PHS will continue to provide the necessary services to support the animals in our care while serving our community members safely & effectively.
* ANIMAL CARE: We’ll continue to provide the essential care, socialization and medical support to the animals in our care.
* ADOPTIONS: Limited contact adoptions process will continue by appointment only (please visit https://peterboroughhumanesociety.ca/what-we-do/adopt/ for full details).
* LICENSING: Community members are encouraged to utilize our online platforms to assist with licensing renewals and purchases. Should you prefer to complete this over the phone, please call 705-745-4722 ext. 206 (Licensing link: https://peterboroughhumanesociety.ca/what-we-do/licensing/).
